Your intervals, in the Workout app already on your Apple Watch.

A Safari extension adds a button to your coach's page. You tap it, the interval session lands on your watch. Nothing else to launch while you run.

How it works

Three screens, ten seconds.

1 In Safari

The button shows up on your coach's page. The extension puts it there.

2 In the app
The imported workout in the Interlap app, ready to send

Interlap reads the workout back — warm-up, intervals, recoveries — and you check the paces before sending it.

3 On the watch

It's waiting in the Workout app. You start, you run.

An app to install on the watch?

No. The workout lands in the watchOS Workout app, the one already on your watch. Nothing to install, launch or charge.

Where does my data go?

From Safari to your watch, and that's it. Your metrics stay in Health, on your devices. Interlap has no training server.

How much is it?

The beta is free. And subscribers hear the final price before anyone else.

What does it work with?

Campus today, with more platforms on the way. On the hardware side, an iPhone on iOS 17 and an Apple Watch on watchOS 10 at minimum — that's what WorkoutKit, the Apple tech behind Interlap, requires.

What if I run in miles?

The app follows your iPhone's region. Kilometres or miles, your paces show in your units, on the phone and on the watch. Nothing to set.

Your next workout is waiting on your wrist.
